Who We Are

Debra Caldwell set out to make a difference in the lives of youth all throughout Montgomery by providing them with all the tools, resources and support they need in order to shape them into the leaders of tomorrow. Her vision became Dutchess Divas & Gents Youth Club and has grown to be the best Youth Organization in the area - offering youth of the community a chance to reach their fullest potential.  Her mission is to provide youth, ages 4 to 20, with the knowledge needed to build character, self-esteem, and self-confidence to grow and develop into skilled professional and productive adults.  Debra's goal is to inspire, uplift, and encourage each member to know they are special, loved, have the ability to dream, and set high goals for themselves. She believes if youth receive the proper knowledge, encouragement and skills, they can achieve anything in life.
